God Really Does Love You!

"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life." [John 3:16]

God actually created us to have fellowship with Him. But because we have a sin nature, God prepared a plan to redeem us from sin. He sent His only Son, Jesus. He allowed Jesus to be ridiculed, spit upon, humiliated, beaten beyond recognition and finally, to be put to death on a cross, to pay the penalty for our sins.  He loves us that much.

He opens His heart wide to welcome us into His family. In fact, He longs to enjoy a relationship with us as His children.

He said, "To all who received Him, to those who believed in His Name, He gave the right to become children of God ~ children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God." [John 1:12,13 NIV] Jesus said, "You must be born again." [John 3:3]

"The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart, that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming: That if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved." [Romans 10:8-10 NIV]

You've come this far, now please pray and receive Jesus. Your life will never be the same. Pray something like this:

"Thank You, Jesus, for dying for me. I repent of my sins and ask You to be my Savior and Lord. I want to live my life to please You. I want a brand new start. Please help me. I confess You now as my Savior and my Lord."

If you prayed sincerely from your heart, God says you're a new creation and He will help you in this new beginning.
